The cost of renting a mobile floor for dance events is considerable, and unnecessarily limits the outstanding potential for Director Park to host dancing events.

To remedy this challenge, Portland Parks Foundation has created a fund to raise $25,000 toward purchase of a dance floor. We have already received a lead pledge from the Arlene Schnitzer Care Foundation for $7,000. We need your support to make this important cultural asset more available for the enjoyment of dance.
